Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Framerfy products and services (“Services”). Purchases are processed through an authorized Merchant of Record (“MoR”), which acts as the seller of record for the transaction. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.
Ownership and Operator
Framerfy is a subproduct of and operated by The Design MVP (https://thedesignmvp.com/). References to “Framerfy,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to The Design MVP as the operator of the Services.
Consumer Right to Cancel (14 days)
If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day the transaction is completed.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us or the Merchant of Record before the cancellation period expires. You may contact Framerfy at support@framerfy.com, and we will assist in processing your request.
If you cancel within this period, all payments received will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 daysfrom the date the cancellation request is received. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and no fees will be charged.
Exception — Digital Content / Immediate Delivery
The right to cancel does not apply to digital content or services that are made available immediately after purchase once access, download, or use has begun, provided that you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.
By purchasing and accessing Framerfy digital products or services immediately after checkout, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your 14-day cancellation right for that transaction.
Refunds After Delivery
Once digital content or services have been delivered and access has begun, payments are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for:
Partial usage or unused time
Change of mind
Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
Non-use of purchased features or licenses
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights where a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
To avoid renewal charges, cancellation must be completed before the next billing date. No refunds are issued for unused subscription periods or mid-cycle cancellations.
If a free trial is offered, it must be cancelled before the trial period ends to avoid charges.
One-Time Purchases & Lifetime Licenses
For one-time purchases or lifetime licenses:
Payment is final once access is granted
Licenses are non-transferable and non-refundable
Non-use or license termination due to policy violations does not entitle the purchaser to a refund
Payment Errors & Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, duplicate charges or payment processing issues), please contact support@framerfy.ae within 14 days of the transaction. Verified errors will be refunded using the original payment method.
Taxes
Prices may include applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar indirect taxes depending on your location. Where permitted by applicable law, tax refunds may be available. Requests must be submitted within 60 days of the transaction and may require valid tax documentation.
Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds and suspend access in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
